The Samsung ST550 12.2MP megapixel digital camera features a wide-angle 27mm 4.6x optical zoom lens and a 1.5″ LCD front screen that shows you exactly what the picture will look like, so you can now be a subject of the picture, as well as the photographer. The ST550 also has a wide 3.5″ LCD high resolution (800×480) screen with full touch controls. Many functions on the ST550 can even be controlled by a range of gestures, so you won’t have to lift a finger!
Movies can be recorded on the ST550 in high definition 720p to get fantastic detail and view them on your HD TV. You can even use the zoom whilst shooting.
The Smart Auto mode uses extremely clever technology to assess the type of photo you are taking and then optimize the camera automatically to ensure the best results possible are achieved all this in less than the blink of an eye. Dual Image Stabilization ensures you can take ultra clear images without blur while Smart Face Recognition means the camera automatically focuses on up to 20 of your friends and family.
The Samsung ST550 has 55MB internal memory and you can record to microSD or microSDHC cards.
